Treatment for anaphylaxis?
A
0.3 mg epinephrine IM (1:1000 solution-1 mg =1ml)
followed by 25-50mg (1-2 tabs) diphenhydramine/ other antihistamines (bite capsule).
Consider 1mg/kg (max 60 mg) prednisone PO x up to 5 days
