The mental representation of a class of objects, events, or ideas
Concept

The more closely an object resembles other members of a category, the more likely the object is a member of the category

Prototype
the more closely an object renewables the prototype, the more likely someone is going to put it in a member of the category

The more closely an ovject resembles other exemplars of the category, the more likely it is a member of the category
