Neo-Brandeisian (Antitrust)
The Neo-Brandeisian view shares concerns about the concentration of economic power and its potential negative effects on competition, innovation, consumer welfare, and broader societal interests. It emphasizes the need for more vigorous antitrust enforcement, particularly against dominant firms, to ensure competitive markets and prevent the accumulation of excessive market power that could stifle competition, harm consumers, limit choices, and hinder innovation.
