Social Mobility
The ability or capacity an individual or group has to progress through the social hierarchy.

Prejudice
The preconceived ideas, negative feelings and stereotyped beliefs held towards a whole group or its individual members.
Discrimination
Treating a person or group differently, usually as a result of prejudice.
