NGL VAPORIZER> 2. inlet v. (top) & 3. outlet v. (bottom)= ^&VIR (^slowly HMP may SD> 4. 2 chain valves to flare = ^ & VIR> 5. last rain hat inlet = V&VIR

DRAIN VESSELS IN ORDER (start by opening 2 round and maintain TI5501-4 disch to CDT-5F or HOTTER (-5&colder= LIQUEDS TO COLD DRAIN TO FLARE CAUSING FIRE BALLS AT FLARE!!!)

warm sep> cold sep> exp disch sep> n2 stripper & flash tank> warm & cold side reboilers pass A & B

CEAb Drain > before you drain ensure that NGL Vaporizer steps above is secured

simple start: 1. ^ drain v. > 2. ^ 7 B. v’s> 3. ack reset sc. & panel yellow reset> COMP LO Pg. cycle propane out by C. LO AUTO & MAN every 30 sec’s>

> COMP LO & GEAR LO= AUTO> 4. 3 boots = vent 10 sec each 5. Menue> overview> control refrige c. is ready> system start> Drain v.=V 7ball v’s=V

INLET COMPRESSOR note: screens/panels= ack/reset/L.O.

  1. ___fans=H> 2. __ pump=40p> 3._ gas=vent
  2. Fans = _ _ _ _ in an hr A A A H> 5. offgoing c. spill back fans= _ / H H (in an hour off going c. =V > A A A A)

Screen sight glass prelube=^ > 6. s__ & p__ a__/r__/l__ (ensure LO p. is on) > 7. cont “ready”> l__ a__ & press START

Start permissive pg= monitor

Off going compressor > M_ > s_ > c. does an _ hour prelube so come back in an hour> Menu> Main Lube Oil> Pump1 or Pump2= __ gr.

INLET COMPRESSOR note: screens/panels= ack/reset/L.O.

  1. jacket fans=H> 2. jacket pump=40p> 3. seal gas=vent
  2. Fans = H H A H in an hr A A A H> 5. offgoing c. spill back fans= ^ / H H (in an hour off going c. =V > A A A A)

Screen sight glass prelube=^ > 6. screen & panel ack/reset/lub (ensure LO p. is on) > 7. cont “ready”> local auto & press START

Start permissive pg= monitor

Off going compressor > MAN > stop > c. does a 1 hour prelube so come back in an hour> Menu> Main Lube Oil> Pump1 or Pump2=dbl gr.

EXPANDER COMPRESSOR STARTUP

  1. Big blue b_=^ 2. Big Blue _ _“ Exp C. feed= ^ (^ bypass v. 1st !!!!!)> 3. s_ gas v. = ^ > 4. e__ 2 drain v’s= ^ (go to CDT) > 5. Exp c. side 2 drain v’s= ^ (go to flare)> 6. flare v. = ^
  2. _ _ _ throttle v (W. exp. Side goes to CDT) = 50_ 5_ _P on sc. Exp wheel (norm is 540P)> 8. screen/panel= a_/r_ (panel=exp reset)> 9. panel pump motor 1 & 2 l__ p’s= AUTO>

note simple: oil not60-85F> LO p’s= Hand> 2 bypasses= ^ & temp block v. = V > once you get to 85F > 2 bypasse=V & temp block v. = ^

  1. cont. ready for start > press s_& nothing will happen

Palm latches> CLEAR COM’s w/ BO> 11. AMOT_ = ^ (verify c. xv3000 c. outlet=^)(exp. C. outlet & exp outlet)>

  1. AMOT_=^ (exp inlet) (guid vane inside exp is opening) (JT valve swaps w/ expander disch XV)

Close> seal gas v.=V> expander 2 drains = V (S. of c.)> compressor 2 drains= V(S. of c.)> flare v.=V> throttle v.=V BUT LEAVE IN POSITION IT’s BROKE

  2. CDT throttle v (W. exp. Side goes to CDT) = 505 510P on sc. Exp wheel (norm is 540P)> 8. screen/panel= ack/reset (panel=exp reset)> 9. panel pump motor 1 & 2 lub p’s= AUTO>

  1. xv2200 (regen processed feed) =^ > 2. xv2201 (burner gas)=^ 3. PI2267 draft air= 9P
  2. burner 1-4= reset> 2. panel ack/panel reset> 5m purge burner lights blink STOP BLINKING> 3. start bypass timers Ready for Start

Burner failure = solid light> 1. ACK (**BE READY) > 2. shutter=off> 3. Burner that failed = press BURNER RESET (NOT PANEL RESET) 4. 2 shutters=on

Note: 2 solid lights at the same time you must repeat steps 1-3
