A
  1. orientation-excessive shape kills balance
  2. use odd numbers-more appealing to the human eye
  3. Rule of thirds-instead of placing objects on the horizon within the centre, shift them side to side

  1. symmetrical balance-the parts of an image are organized so that one side mirrors the other
  2. aysymmetrical balance-when one side of a composition does not reflect the design of the other
  3. Radial balance-balance is a circular arrangement
