Cardiovascular endurance
It is the ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen to the whole body for long periods of time.
Agility
The ability to change direction quickly whilst maintaining control and balance
Balance
Maintaining the center of gravity over the base of support. This can be static or dynamic.
Muscular endurance
The ability of a muscle to undergo repeated movements avoiding fatigue.
Coordination
The ability to use two or more different parts of the body together, smoothly and efficiently.
Speed
Maximum rate at which an individual is able to perform a movement or cover a distance ..in a period of time.
Strength
The ability to overcome resistance. Strength can be maximal, static, dynamic or explosive.

Reaction time
The time it takes to initiate a reaction to a stimulus.
Flexibility
The range of movement possible at a joint
