What is body composition?
The percentage of muscle, fat and bone in the body
What is flexibility?
The range of motion around your joints and the ability of your joints to move freely
What is muscular endurance?
The ability to use voluntary muscles repeatedly without getting tired
What is muscular strength?
The amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance
What is cardiovascular fitness?
The ability to exercise the entire body for a long period of time
What is reaction time?
The time between a stimulus and a movement in response to it
What is speed?
The rate at which an individual can perform a movement or cover a distance
What is balance?
The ability to keep the body stable while at rest or on the move
What is power?
The ability to undertake strength performances quickly
Power=strength X speed
What is co-ordination?
The ability to use 2 or more body parts together
What is agility?
The ability to change position and control the body at speed
