Power
The ability to preform strength performances quickly
Speed
The maximum rate at which an individual can preform a movement or cover a distance in a period of time
Agility
The ability to move or change direction quickly, at speed, whilst maintaining control
Cardiovascular endurance
(aerobic power)
The ability of the heart and lungs to supply oxygen to the working muscles
Muscular endurance
The ability of a muscle or muscle group to undergo repeated contractions, avoiding fatigue
Balance
The ability to keep the body stable by maintaining the centre of mass over the base of support
Reaction time
The time taken to respond to a stimulus
Co-ordination
The ability to use two or more different body parts of the body together, smoothly and efficiently
Muscular strength
The amount of force a muscle can exert against resistance
Flexibilty
The range of movement possible at a joint
