Ability to excersice the whole body formlong peiods of time

Ability to use voluntary muscles many times without getting tired

Persentage of body that is muscle , fat or bone
Agility
Ability to control the movement of the whole and change position quickly.
Speed
Rate of which an indivudual can cover a movement of range of distance.
Reaction time
Time between the presentation of a stimulus on set of a movement
Balance
Keep the body stable,whil at rest in motion
Power
Ability to undertake strength performances quickly
Coordination
Ability to use two or more body parts together.
