Body composition
The distribution and ratio of muscle and fat in the body as well as other factors like water.
Muscular strength
The ability to carry out work against a resistance
Muscular endurance
Ability to repeat a series of muscle contractions without fatiguing
Power
Ability to exert a maximal force in as short a time as possible. A combination of speed and strength
Speed
Ability to move quickly across the ground or move limb rapidly
Agility
The ability to quickly change body position or direction of the body
Flexibility
The capacity of a joint to move through its full range of motion
Balance
Ability to stay upright
Cardiovascular endurance
The ability to excersise continuously for extended periods of time without tiring
Reaction time
The ability to respond quickly to something
Coodination
The ability of staying in control of body movements
