the ability to change body direction accelerate / decelerate.
TEST- QUICK FEET
Balance
Te ability to maintain the line of gravity within the base of support.
Dynamic & Static Balance.
DYNAMIC TEST- Beam Balance
STATIC TEST- Squats
Dynamic Balance
The ability to remain standing and stable while performing movements or actions. EXAMPLE- Beam Balance, Climbing Stairs
Static Balance
The ability to maintain a stationary position throughout the movement.
Example- SQUATS , Hip Addiction , Single leg stand
Coordination
The ability to use the body parts and senses together to produce, smooth efficient movements.

3.Whole Body Coordination
Speed
The ability to move a body part quickly TEST- 40 yard sprint
Power
a person ability to transfer energy into force at a rapid pace ( EXPLOSIVE BODY MOVEMENT) .
TEST- Vertical Jump
Reaction Time
How quickly your brain can respond to a stimulus and initiate a response.
TEST- Ruler Drop
Body Composition
The amount of body fat muscle bone and other tissues that make up the body
Muscular Endurance
The ability of our muscles o continue to perform an activity without fatigue
Muscular Strength
Our ability to exert force during an acitivity
Cardiovascular Endurance
Our ability to perform an activity with our heart rate elevated for a certain amount of time
Flexibility/ Mobility
The ROM around our joints
