Define aerobic capacity
The ability of the heart, lungs and circulatory system to supply oxygen and other nutrients to working muscles so that an athlete can exercise continuously for extended periods without tiering
Define power
The ability to exert maximum force in the shortest amount of time.
Define strength
the ability of a muscle (or muscles/ to exert force by contracting against resistance
Define speed
the ability to move the body quickly
Define agility
The ability to move the entire body (or specific parts of the body) from one position to another, or from one direction to another, quickly and precisely.
