Ability is when you control the movement of the whole body and change position quickly

Balancd is when you are able to keep the body stable, while at rest of in motion.
Body Composition
The percentage of body that is muscle, fat or bone.
Cardiovascular Endurance
The ability to exercise the whole body for long periods of time.
Coordination
The ability to use two or more body parts together
Flexibility
The range of motion of your joints
Power
The ability to undertake strength performances quickly
Speed
The rate of which an individual can cover a movement of range of distance
Reaction Time
The time between the presentation of a stimulus and the onset of a movement
Muscular Endurance
The ability to use voluntary muscles many times without getting tired
Strength
The amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance
