30cm ruler pen paper.Place your index finger and thumb at the bottom of the ruler and have somebody hold it at the top make sure that your thumb and index finger are
Level with 0cm mark on the ruler.When the person holding the ruler at the top let’s go you hold onto it as quickly as you can using your thumb and index finger. You the measure you’re reaction based on 5he number that you have made contact with on the ruler.
