A

Where opposite statements are used at opposite ends of a scale and you agree more closely with one end, can be used to discern different groups’ of peoples different opinions more easily.

What are likert surveys ?

A

Similar to a bipolar survey - assess the strength of a response to an issue or statement (strongly agree, agree, disagree etc.), and also useful to easily compare different groups of peoples opinions.
