Project Methodology
The phases and processes that should be completed within a project and the order that they are completed in.
Waterfall Methodology
Requires one whole task or section to be completed before another task begins.
Iterative Methodology
Has a reduced amount of planning to complete the project quicker. Used when the requirements are not fully known at the beginning.
Task Dependency
The previous tasks that should be completed before a new task can start.
PERT Chart
Project Evaluation Review Technique
A chart with nodes to represent tasks to be completed.
