The amount of force a muscle can exert against a resistance

The ability to use 2 or more body parts together

The ability to perform strength performances quickly
Define Reaction Time
the time taken to respond to a stimulus

The ability to put body parts into motion quickly
Define Health
complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not only the absence of disease and infirmity

the ability to meet the demands of the environment
Define Exercise
Form of physical exercise, not competitive sport
