1. Impression taken and registration carried out
2. Teeth cut from model at level w/ gingiva
3. Region teeth removed - residual undercut and sharp edges removed
4. Acrylic surgeons guide prepared
5. XLA with minimal trauma
6. Place surgeon guide over extraction socket - blanching on underlying issue - remove bone
7. Insert denture and any defect occlusion corrected
