A
Otitis media (otorrhea) 
Retro-orbital pain 
Squint = Strabismus (VI cranial nerve palsy)

Pressure on a dehiscent nerve by inflammatory products
Usually Partial and sudden onset
Treatment: Antibiotics and myringotomy or surgical drainage
