Behaviours:
- Take into account individual needs & requirements in all all my actions
- Treating everyone fairly, doesn’t mean everyone is treated the same
- Give people equal opportunity to express views
- listen to all views/ opinions
- Communicate with everyone (relevant info)
- Equal access to services & info (where appropriate)

What is Integrity?

- professional behaviour & act as a role model.

- Do the right thing even in challenging situations

What is public service?

- Understand needs & act in their best interests. Including those in different communities

What is transparency?
Top line:
Honest, open, transparent in our actions, decisions and communications with both the people we work with and those we serve.

- Remain calm & think about how best to respond (taking in all info, range of perspectives) even in challenging situations
- Understand my own emotions & how situations may affect ability to manage stress/pressure
- Ask for help when needed
