Tower Flange:
Inspect 100% of their original installation torque value

Loose/Broken Bolts

Replacement Bolts
- “Skidmore Testing” is required when replacing all the flange bolts
- No more than 3 bolts shall be removed from flange at a time.
- Replace nuts if bolt replaced, but washers may be reused if in “good condition” without surface damage.
- All replaced bolts re-torqued 3 months following installation.
- If replace entire flange add 1 year torque check

“Loose” is defined by a rotation of 10% or more of “inspection torque”. Or, any visible rotation upon application of the inspection tension.
