A

You communicate the strategy by training staff on the following.
1) Vision-A description of where the organization will be in the long term. Conveys a general understanding of the business, its culture, and operational methods.
2) Mission-Specifies the types of services or products, level of quality, and other tangible aspects of the business and its plans. It communicates business functionality and operational methods.
3) Objectives-The specific organizational objectives that all involved parties can understand what needs to be done. They highlight specific goals. The objectives must be SMART.
