15 minutes : chairman empowered
with quorum present and consent from time to time
Kinsella (1982) no power to adjourn without consent of majority
at adjourned meeting : only unfinished business from orig. meeting
if adjourned for 30 days +, notice of re-commencement meeting
stand adjourned as director may determine
