- I strict then to get a cup of coffee and have a team meeting to discuss hot spots, projects, new policy, and etc. Perception is everything. Sometimes we do joke around to team cohesiveness
- come talk to us and ask what we are doing and maybe join the conversation of what we are talking about.
They are always there for 3 hours.
- to me that’s unexceptable. If it’s my team, will talk to them, keep team meeting brief, and 10-8 asap. If another team, talk to the sgt or the team and keep briefing short and 10-8 asap.

I call 911 but no one every shows up or it takes forever for them to arrive

- I underand and I apologize for not responding quickly.
- less staffing. and mass recruiting. Hiring CSO.
- Payrol officers does not have any control which calls to respond to. Dispatch priorities calls: 1-6.

I always see officers talking on their cell phones while driving and I got a ticket for that. I saw he was laughing so I don’t think it was work related.

- officers are also subject to the cell phone usage as the citizen except for official emergency purposes only.
- if you come across with an officer using his cell hone while driving, obtain vehicle number or license plate, date, time.
- we can track and correct problem if he is not in compliance.
