Flucloxacillin/dicloxacillin + probenecid 12 hourly for 5 - 10 days

Cellulitis (mild to moderate) and Erysipelas
Bicillin All-Purpose IM on days 1 and 3 or dailt for 3-5 days
Or
Procaine penicillin IM daily for 5 days
Or if no improvement
Flucloxacillin/dicloxacillin + probenecid 13 hourly for 5 - 10 days
Most serious complication of skin infections among ATSI
Post-streptococcam glomerulonephritis secondary to S. Pyogenes infection
Management for Otitis Externa with perforation
Ciprofloxacillin with Hydrocortisone drops 12 hourly
