What are Communicative Behaviours?
A
This refers to the impressions about the speaker that are communicated to the listener through actions that may or may not be intentional on the speaker’s part.

What are Vocalics?
A
- Tone of voice
- Volume
-Rate of speech
eg If someone is talking fast, then they may be nervous or excited.

What are Proxemics?
A
- The speaker’s use of space whilst communicating.
eg Staying away from you often means they don’t like you.

What are Artifacts?
A
- The speaker’s use of objects whilst communicating.
eg If someone slams a door then it would be assumed that that person was in a bad mood.

What are Kinetics?
A
- The speaker’s use of their body whilst communicating.
eg facial expressions, hand gestures, posture, eye contact, etc.

A
- The speaker’s use of time and overall attitude whilst communicating.
eg Showing up to a meeting is considered unprofessional
