Whilst instructing maintenance works at a commercial property in Central London, I ensured I communicated effectively with contractors, tenant’s and the building porters to ensure everyone was on the same page in respect to access and what works needed to be carried out. This allowed me to advise and update the client clearly throughout the process.

When agreeing a new lease deal for an office unit in Birmingham, I negotiated professionally and honestly when my client wanting to counter the tenants offer of a six week rent free period with a four week rent free period. I negotiated in good faith with both parties. When negotiating, I ensured all my correspondence contained either ‘Without Prejudice or Subject to Contract’
