What is communication?
Communication is the process of sharing ideas, information, feelings, or opinions between people. It helps us understand each other and connect with others.
Who is a sender?
The person who creates the message is called the sender, and this process is known as encoding.
What is the message?
The message refers to the information that will be conveyed to the recipient.
A channel?
the channel refers to the medium that will be used to deliver the message to the receiver.
Examples of channel?
television, telephone, radio, electronic mail, etc.
Who is a receiver?
the receiver decodes or deciphers the message and interprets it from his or her point of view.
What is feedback?
Feedback is provided by the receiver. This allows the sender to determine whether or not the message was effectively and accurately communicated
What is noise?
Noise is any distraction that interferes with the message or the communication process

like meetings, notice board announcements, memos, public address messages, interviews, performance reviews, and company magazines.
What is informal?
Informal communication is the casual, unofficial exchange of information between people, often happening through conversations, text messages, or social interactions, without following formal structures.
