A dynamic process created by the participants through their interaction with each others. It involves 2 people

Non verbal communication is primarily relational (how you feel about someone)
Non verbal is influenced by culture and gender
Non verbal is ambiguous
What is paraphrasing and why we use
To confirm with the speaker that you have been listening and understand them correctly
Gives then opportunity if you didn’t understand then correctly
Prevents misunderstanding
