Rule 1: Be Honest - Put of exaggerations
Rule 2: Attack the problem, not the person - Avoid attacking the person’s character
Rule 3: Keep Current - Don’t cutoff communication by crying
Rule 4: Act, don’t react - Don’t respond with bitterness and resentment
