a process of unknown etiology resulting in osteonecrosis of the LUNATE bone. The most common clinical presentation is intermittent wrist pain, decreased wrist motion, and weakness of grip in the dominant hand.
Kienbock’s disease
UCL injury that results from fall on extended thumb. UCL can get overstretched or ruptured and result in a sprain or tear.
