Spirinolactone then add thiazide

Treat SBP (>250)
Venous obstruction - angiogram and platy
Portal HTN - trans jugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt
Portovenous shunt –> if refractory medical or carcinomatous peritoneal cavity –> subcut to SVC
