COMMON CORE Flashcards
EXPLAIN STEP ONE OF ORM PROCESS IS?
Identifying hazards
Begin with an outline or chart of the major steps in the operation or operational analysis
STEP 2 OF ORM?
Asses hazards
For each hazard identified determine the associated risk in terms of probability and severity
STEP 3 ORM
Make risk decisions:
Develop risk control options, start with most serious risk and select controls that will reduce the risk with minimum consistent with mission accomplishment
STEP 4 OF ORM
Implement controls
The following can be used to eliminate hazards or reduce the degree of risk, engineering controls, administrative controls and personnel protective equipment
STEP 5 OF ORM
Supervise and conduct follow up evaluations
