In morning so don’t need loo during night.

Providing info for insulin administration
Injection site should be rotated to prevent lipodystrophy
Statin warfarin interaction
Patients who are receiving warfarin should have INR monitoring before starting statins and regularly throughout treatment, as statins can increase anticoagulant effect and risk of bleed.
NSAIDs and ACE inhibtors interaction
Use of NSAIDs + ACE inhibitor (ACEI) has been associated with reducing the anti-hypertensive effects of the ACE inhibitors, and acute renal failure.
Annual monitoring for COCP
BP and BMI
CI for COCP
PMH of VTE or predisposition Heavy smokers HTN Valvular heart disease DM Migraine with aura
Levothyroxine monitoring
Every 6-8 weeks until euthyroid and then annually.
Elevated T4 with TSH suppression may suggest overtreatment
