There are personnel working aloft on board xxx do not rotate, radiate or energize any designated electronic equipment while personnel are working aloft

• substitute ship name if personnel working aloft on a nearby vessel

There are divers working over the side. Do not operate any underwater equipment, rotate screws, cycle rudders, take suction from or discharge to the sea before 1st contacting the reactor duty officer and the diving supervisor
