Each specific colour is given a name to describe it.
What does colour intensity refer to?
It refers to how bright or dull a colour is.
What is colour value?
It refers to how light or dark a colour is.
What is colour tint?
This is achieved by adding white to a colour, which makes it lighter.
What is colour tone?
This is obtained by adding grey to a colour, which makes it duller than the original colour.
What is colour shade?
This is achieved by adding black to a colour, which makes the colour darker.

A colour combination achieved when combining two or three colours sitting next to each other on the colour wheel.

What is a complementary colour combination?
A combination formed when one colour on the colour wheel is combined with its opposite colour (its complement)

This is formed when one colour is combined with the two colours on either side of its complement.
