Every 1-3 yrs
Screening FAP
Sigmoidoscopy or colonoscopy annually beginning at 10-12 yrs
Screening HNPcC
Colonoscopy every 2 yrs beginning at age 20-25 yrs ( or 10 yes younger than the youngest affected first degree relative)

Aspirin
None

High risk= ad 3-7 days and INR

If high risk = 1-5 days DC

Clopidogrel
Low risk= continue
High risk= DC

DC 7 days prasugrel
DC 10-14 d ticlopidine

If with history of CrC >60 starts at age 40 every 10 yrs
If CrC <60 start at age 40 q5 years or 10 yrs younger than age of diagnosis whichever is earlier
