Application Programming Interface, basically a blueprint that allows you to sync data from one application into another

Integration Platform as a Service, a cloud-based platform that connects various applications, systems and technologies within the cloud or on-premise. A good middle-ground approach to customizing data without using a developer

A group of technology-based tools that help businesses operate effectively, market efficiently, and enable sales and service teams to provide an optimal customer experience
