In what way does the OptiGOT lecture relate to collaboration strategies?
OptiGOT works business model is to work with other companies with collaborations and to help other companies develop better laser and batteries for other companies’ products. For every partnership and collaboration they sign an agreement contract that all the IP development of the laser and battery is owned by OptiGOT, and the company that they work for has the right to exclusively use the patent from OptiGOT.
