The disagreement: Stalin wanted to completely demolish Germany , Truman disagreed because of Versailles, they also disagreed about reparations Stalin wanted to money for the lose of 20 million
Stalin was able to set up a pro soviet government in east of Germany
They agreed to divided Germany into sections any nazis supporters would be arrested

Britain created a new western Germany and together it formed bizonia and created new currency Stalin was fearing that the the they might capture the east because they were very weak
He created a wall blocking West Berlin he wanted to test the strength so west could not break through so west decide to send food across by plane and they sent 5000 tons every day and if Stalin shot any down he would become the congressor Stalin wanted to west to abandon the west
