Gout or rheumatism of colchicum
A
•Causation : getting wet, heat of summer, checked perspiration, exertion
•location : rheumatic pain in clavicle, neck, shoulders, arms and back, preventing motion of head
Character : flying pain in the hips, tearing pain in thighs and knee joints. Tingling pain in toes. Patient screams with pain when touched

• Profuse secretion of saliva
• SMELL OF FOOD CAUSES NAUSEA, FAINTNESS AND VOMITING.
• Burning or icy coldness of stomach with cravings for various things
