Antim tart is wonderful for many diseases of respiratory tract, it doesn’t matter which disease it is as long as the following symptoms are present :-
• causation - exposure to damp basement and cellars. Bad effects of vaccination
• character of troubles -
1) difficult suffocation in the evening and at morning, compelling the patient to sit up due to aggravation of cough with less or no expectoration of mucus.
2) Loud rattling due to large accumulation of mucus in bronchi, which is heard across the room
3) marked dyspnoea; the patient gets anguished with cough

•Concomitants
-pulse is rapid and weak
-Irresistible desire to sleep
- face cyanaptic, blue & pale
- tongue is coated, pasty, thick with reddened papillae
- craving for apples

Answer 2

Cyanosis all over, due to accumulation of deoxygenated blood as a result of congestion of lungs.
Precordial pain and anxiety along with vomiting of mucus and bile, in every position except when lying on right side.
