Some are but most are not.

A
At any resistance below 1.0 ohms.

If a coil is rated for vaping at 40w-60w, what would vaping it at 25 watts do?
A
Vaping a coil under the recommended wattage can lead to the coil not vaporizing enough liquid off it, and it can leak.
On the opposite spectrum if you vape a coil over the wattage range it will dry the coil fast and it will burn.

A
There are a lot of variables that determine the lifespan of a coil.
*How heavy is the usage of the coil?
*What liquid is being used with the coil? (Heavy sweetener, high nicotine, etc.)
USUALLY BETWEEN 1-2 WEEKS
