All of our coffee product comes from Caffe Luxxe (beans, syrups and we even use the same machines).
Caffe Luxxe was one of the 1st European-style coffee shops in LA and is still known for having some of the best coffee in the city.

• Medium size espresso drink (8 oz)
• Ours is not traditional - more of a mini latte than a true cappuccino with foam.
• Medium-strong coffee flavor
• Designs a little more tricky - less milk to work with

• Espresso and steamed milk.
• Weakest “coffee” flavor - easiest to recommend to a novice coffee drinker.
• Typically has the most intricate designs

How is macchiato made?

• Single shot with only foamed milk (3-4 oz)
• Very strong and somewhat bitter flavor.
• WARNING: Starbucks has a very different version of this drink with the same name - always clarify this - usually latte is more along the lines of what they are looking for (weaker flavor, more milk)

What is the name of the coffee bean that we use?

Testa Rossa - translates literally to “red head” in reference to the color of the product.

• Traditional Northern-Italian style roast.
• Dark chocolate and subtle caramel flavor, soft floral jasmine finish.
• Beans are roasted the day of shipment.
• We use the same beans for espresso drinks and our drip coffee.
