Q

What is coeliac disease?

A

This is a condition that occurs when the body reacts to a protein called β€˜gluten,’ found in cereals such as wheat and barely. When the body can not tolerate this protein it mobs that the villi in the small intestine are not formed properly. As a result of this, an individual will not be able to absorb nutrients properly
