Beefeater Gin, Belvedere Vodka, Lillet Blanc, Lemon Twist. This cocktail is barrel aged and as such is batched. 70ml pour of pre bottled Vesper into a mixing glass, Shake and fine strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with Lemon Twist

• 30ml Chivas Scotch • 30ml Jameson Irish Whisky • 15ml Orgeat • 30ml Lemon • Orange Twist Shake all ingredients and strain into a coupe glass with an orange twist

• 45ml Bulldog Gin • 15ml raspberry puree • 30ml Lemon • 30ml Egg White • 20ml Sugar Dry shake all ingredients then shake with ice and strain into a Coupe glass with 2 raspberry’s on a skewer

• 45ml Pimm’s No 1 • 2 slices of cucumber • 15ml lemon • 15ml sugar • Ginger Beer to top • Mint Sprig and strawberry garnish Muddle cucumber in a Large Highball, add lemon,sugar,pimms , ice the glass and top with ginger beer. Mix with a bar spoon to incorporate. Garnish with Mint Sprig and strawberry.
