$19 Barrel Ages House Old Fashioned
Woodford reserve bourbon, orange and whiskey bitters, Vanilla demarara suagr. This cocktail is barrel aged and as such is batches. 70ml pour of pre bottled old fashioned into a mixing glass, stir down, pour into a DOF glass with large ice cube. Garnish with Kirsch cherry and Grapefruit Twist

45ml Rockmelon infused Jim Beam Rye 30ml Lemon 30ml Demerara Sugar 30ml egg white 5 dashes peach bitters Orange swizzle Dry shake then shake with ice and strain into an ice filled crystal DOF glass with an orange swizzle
$18 Perfect Bubbles
• 15ml Bombay Gin
• 20ml Dolin Chamberyzette
• 15ml Seasonal Shrub
• Topped with FWC sparkling(about 60ml not to the top)
Chill with ice then strain into flute and top with cold sparkling. Garnish with a demi toss spoon of strawberry pearls and a lemon twist.
$18 Vanilla Passion Fruit Pisco Sour
• 45ml Passion Fruit infused Santiago Queirolo Pisco
• 30ml Lime
• 30ml Sugar
• 30ml Egg Whites
• Vanilla Essence
• Dash Peychaud bitters.
Dry shake all ingredients except bitters and vanilla then shake with ice and strain into a Coupe glass with bitters and a spray of vanilla on top with Jared’s Signature Swirl.
$18 Ghost of Mary
• 45ml Jalapeno and Bacon Infused Vodka • 90ml Consommé • 4 dashes Celery Bitters • Pickled Asparagus Garnish • Bacon Salt Rim Coat rim of a Martini glass with Bacon Salt. Shake vodka, consommé and bitters then fine strain into a glass and a pickled asparagus.
$19 Spiced Pear
• 45ml Belle de Brillet Pear Cognac • 30ml Ginger and Pink Peppercorn Syrup • 30ml Lemon • Brown Sugar Rim Coat Rim of Coupe Glass with Brown Sugar. Shake cognac, ginger and lemon, and fine strain into glass.
$18 Rosarita
• 45ml Cazadores tequila
• 15ml Crème de Violette/ 5 in the drink and 10 on top.
• 30ml Lime
• 25ml Rose Sugar
• 3 rose petals/2 shaken ripped up and shaken in with the drink and one on top.
Shake tequila, 5ml violette, 2 ripped petals, lime, sugar with ice and dump into a Collins glass(mojito glass) topped with crushed ice on top with 10ml of violette drizzled on top and a rose petal like a sprig.

• 30ml Beefeater Gin • 15ml Chartreuse MOF • 15ml Tio Pepe Sherry • 30ml Lemon Juice • 10ml Sugar • Sage We will prebatch these spirits as well. Shake all ingredients with ice then double strain into a coupe glass with a sage leaf.
$18 Cocoa Smash
• 45ml Buffalo Trace Bourbon
• 30ml Lemon
• 25ml Demerara Sugar
• 4 mint leaves
• 7 dashes of choc bitters/ 3 in the drink 4 on top of the crushed ice.
Give all ingredients a quick shake then dump into a crystal DOF glass with crushed ice on top drizzled choc bitters and a mint sprig.
$18 Watermelon Cucumber Caipirinha
• 45ml Caetano Cachaca • 2 Slice muddled cucumber • 30ml Watermelon juice • 30ml Lime • 25ml Sugar Muddle cucumber in boston shaker. Add Liquid ingredients, shake, then strain on the rocks in a crystal DOF with crushed ice on top and a cucumber slice.
$18 Cider Cooler
• 30ml House Infused Lemon grass eristoff Vodka
• 30ml Lemon Myrtle Syrup
• 30ml Fresh Lemon
• Topped with James Squire Orchid Crush Cider
• Mint Sprig
Pour vodka, lemon myrtle and lemon into a Collins glass and stir then top with cider and a mint sprig.
