.75 oz cinnamon syrup
2.5 oz Sandeman Amontillado Sherry
Method: Muddle blackberries with cin, pour sherry over build cocktail in glass, fill w/ pebble ice
Glass:  black tumbler
Garnish: Sage and blackberry

.75 oz lime juice
1 oz watermelon syrup
.5 oz Cochi Americano
1.5 oz Cathead Vodka
tiki bitters
Method: .25 oz blue falernum in collins glass. Build with the rest of the ingredients into shaker. Shake/strain over pebble ice added to collins glass. Drizzle Blue butterfly tincture on top.

Garnish: pickled watermelon on cocktail pick
