What’s in an Americano?
Equal parts campari and sweet vermouth
Served over ice and garnished with Orange slice
What’s in an Old Fashioned?
American Whiskey (2oz)
Bitters (2 dashes)
Sugar Cube
Add enough water to dissolve sugar, add bitters, and whiskey. Stir in ice and strain over ice in an old fashioned glass. May or may not be garnished with a citrus peel.
What’s in a Pink Gin?
Plymouth Gin (2oz) Angostura Bitters (2-3 dashes)
Stir with ice and strain into cocktail glass
What’s in a Sazerac?
Sazerac Rye Whiskey (2oz)
Peychaud’s Bitters (5 dashes)
Splash of Absinthe
Half of a Sugar Cube
Chill lowball glass with ice water. In separate mixing glass muddle sugar cube after splash of water.
Empty ice water glass and rinse with absinthe. Absinthe will become more aromatic with contact with residual water. Pour whiskey, bitters, and lemon peel to glass with sugar and stir with ice. Strain into empty absinthe rinsed glass.

Equal Parts:
Gin
Green Chartreuse
Sweet Vermouth
Dash of Orange Bitters
Stir with ice and strain into a coupe. Garnish with Lemon Twist.
What’s in a Bobby Burns?
Scotch Whisky (2oz), Sweet Vermouth (1oz), Benedictine (1/2oz)
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into Cocktail glass.
Garnish with Lemon Twist
What’s in a Boothby Cocktail?
Bourbon or Rye (2 parts) Sweet Vermouth (1 part) Angostura Bitters (2 dashes) Orange Bitters (2 dashes) Champagne (1oz)
